All of our Premium Fruit gifts are guaranteed fresh upon arrival
and ripening instructions are included with every gift. Our fresh
pears are shipped green and will take 3-5 days to ripen at room
temperature. If you wish to make your shipment of fruit last put
all pears in the refrigerator and take out a couple at a time
to ripen. This way your pears do not ripen all at once. Apples
should be put into the refrigerator immediately.
